Training Recommendations

We would like you to train at least 2 times a week as a minimum with the optimum being 4 times a week.

Semi-Private Personal Training (SPPT) - Strength training to accelerate your results

Team Training - Functional training with resistance to assist in improving mobility

Morning HIIT - To get the heart pumping ready for you to tackle the day

Yoga - Mindfulness movement to reduce stress and improve flexibilty
